In the last eight days I have been on airplanes 4 of them.
Last Friday 7 hours late to my destination because of weather.
Sunday 3 hours late because of weather.
Wednesday 2 1/2 hours late because of mechanical issues.
Today (if all goes well the rest of the day) I will be 4 1/2 hours late because of mechanical issues.
I had the blessing of spending the day witnessing the work of healing. Both physical and emotional pain. Someone asked, “Are you continually amazed by this?”
I thought of something I read recently, “The appropriate response to miracles is not awe, but thanks.”
Do not offer to help your roommates lift a 2000 lb. player piano up the steps on to the front porch until you find out if said piano will fit through the front door.
I love the people I live with.
After 18 months team Farmer got to see a picture of their daughter for the first time this morning.

It is always odd re-emerging into my daily life. It is hard to see which why is up. It is harder because I am leaving town early in the AM for a week.
